The program is for guests who are physical fit because the arduousness, makes it unique, as it shows the Amazon Rainforest to the guest in all its natural form and beauty.
This package is for five (5) days and it caters for the minimum group of 2 up to maximum six (6) guests.
At 08:00 a.m. – Leave the hotel by car to the river port Ceasa (20 minutes). Take a speedboat to the village “Careiro da Varzea” (30 minutes). At this point we will be passing the meeting of the waters, where the Negro and Solimões Rivers meet (Encontro das Aguas). This is where the Amazon River is formed, flowing from this area all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. It is truly a magnificent sight to see. The two rivers run side by side without mixing for many kilometers and you will most likely be visited by a few curious river dolphins as well.
After a stop at the fruit market, take a bus or van to the Araça River via the Manaus-Porto Velho highway (40 minutes BR319). By boat we will pass through many lakes and small wildlife abundant creeks, where you will have the opportunity to see the incredible giant Amazon water lilies (Vitoria Regia) with their enormous floating leaves.
You will also pass by native villages and the floating houses of Caboclo’s village. This length of the trip is ideal for observing wildlife due to the abundance of many varied species, such as birds, alligators, fish, sloth, and monkeys. During this trip to the lodge you have the opportunity to stumble on a creature at anytime. Arrival at Amazon Turtle Lodge after 50 minutes ride by boat, it is scheduled arrival around 12:00 p.m. Lu have lunch before start the Kayaking tour. Guests will take orientation how to use the kayak.
Starting the adventure along the Mamori river by Kayaking, on the way it is possible to see one of the biggest tree in the Amazônia “Samauma” (Ceiba pentandra) with 30 or 40 m high and a trunk with 160 diameters and different species of birds and caimans (South American relative of the Crocodile).
Arriving at the (Kayaking Expeditions Camp), time to prepare the camp and set up the hammocks and if still daylight guests will go out on a reconnaissance tour around the area by kayak. Return to the (Kayaking Expeditions Camp).
05:00 a.m. – Sunrise and Bird Watching tour by Kayak exploring the area and return to the camp to have Breakfast.

Of course, you’ll learn about our biodiversity, after the interesting tour we go back to the camp for a good lunch and take a rest.
Who wants be more adventure can swim in the black water of this region.
03:00 p.m. we will go piranha fishing. Just to let you know on this adventure you have to catch piranha or something else. Otherwise there will be no dinner (just joking!!!).
After dinner, guests will go on a nocturnal excursion to spot Caimans and listen to the sounds of the Rainforest by night. During this excursion our guides will try catch a caiman by hand. The history, physical characteristics, and the gestation period will be explained to guests take photos and if someone wants to hold it.
Return to the (Kayaking Expeditions Camp). Guests will be able for a short period to live as a native people. It will be a lifetime lasting memory.
05:00 a.m. – Early morning sunrise and bird watching tour by kayak, this time is considering the best time to see the animals, birds and with a bit luck Pink Dolphins of the Amazon can be seeing. Guests will leave by kayak to the next camping in the jungle to a Kayaking Expeditions Camp 2.
After Arriving, Guest will prepare camp and have lunch. Afternoon a second Rainforest Hike – The Amazon Rainforest is made up of different types of primary jungle, which has different Eco – Systems and is also the home to different species of vegetation, animals, birds, and insects, as such the two (02) hikes will help you to see and to understand better the Amazon Rainforest.
Experience of the day:
12:30 p.m. Or if you prefer guests and guides will fish for dinner, with hand lines and also rods. Various species of fish are in the Amazon; your guide will tell you the name or names and characteristics of any fish caught.
After breakfast guests will do a reconnaissance tour of the Igapó (annually flooded forest), in direction to the Amazon Turtle Lodge, arriving at the lodge around noon with plenty of time to have lunch and relax.
This afternoon yours guest will have a free time to fit themselves after the great kayak expedition just done it, they will stay and know better the lodge, doing the Eco-trekking and enjoy all infra structure of the lodge and the beauty of this region. Free night. If guests wish to do nocturnal excursions please inform your guide.
05:00 a.m. – Bird Watching Tour and swim in the rivers in the fresh waters of the Amazon. At 07:30 a.m. Breakfast – Also a visit an area to see rubber trees can be organized. Your guide will explain about the rubber boom period in the Amazon and how rubber is harvested and processed in that time.
At 12:30 p.m. Lunch – Return to Manaus around 05:00 p.m. Drop off can be at airport or hotel.

We will need copies of the picture page of your passport and vaccination cards. Recommended that you take the yellow fever shot and bring medications for any existing previous conditions you may have. I am personally against taking the malaria pill, and there is no proof of its effectiveness.
The side effects can also be greater than the symptoms sometimes, and there are very few cases detected in a single year, but it this is ultimately your choice.
